We went here for lunch today. It’s in Lake Zurich, and it’s another place that we’ve been waiting for it to open. I wasn’t terribly impressed. The menu was very small which wasn’t the problem. Their choices in toppings for hot dogs is minimal. The only things you can get on hot dogs here are the ingredients are what you can get on the original Chicago hot dog: Mustard, Onions, Relish, and Peppers. For most people from the Chicago area, that would be fine. But give me my tomato and pickle!!!

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. It’s in McHenry, IL, and has been around for roughly 35 years. The best Chinese food ever!

It has been two months since I got my new tattoos. This one is my aunt’s initials. I wanted to get it as a memorial to her. The other one is a book, which I got to commemorate my Master’s Degree.

The photo for Day #6 is a picture of my scrapbook closet. It is a complete disaster, and unfortunately, usually looks like this. Hopefully I will be able to reorganize it today, and clean it up so I can actually use it. We’ll see how that goes. When it’s clean and reorganized, I’ll post a photo of it so I can compare the two.

Something exciting is happening today at my library. Workmen are installing a ramp in the garage! After it’s finished, we won’t have to wheel the carts outside the building to the garage. This will help us in the winter months since we will no longer have to take the materials into the elements.

What’s with the 3 Musketeers bar? My grandfather passed away 7 years ago today. His favorite candy was 3 Musketeers. Every year on Oct. 1 and his birthday (Oct. 28), I have a 3 Musketeers bar in his honor.
